The Book Of Mormon Information:
The Book of Mormon is a musical that is scheduled to debut on Broadway in Spring 2011. It will open at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre on March 24, 2011, following previews from February 24. Tickets are to go on sale starting November 19 'exclusively for South Park fans only'. The show is being created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone of South Park, along with Robert Lopez (Avenue Q). Developmental workshops of the musical starred Cheyenne Jackson (Xanadu, 30 Rock). Parker is slated to co-direct the show with Jason Moore (Avenue Q, Shrek the Musical). Scott Rudin and Anne Garafino (South Park) are listed as the producers. |
